William Larry (Willy) Barker, 43 of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, February 16, 2013 in Kingston. He was born on April 27, 1969 in Cavite Philippines to Michiel Barker Sr. and Perla Norcio Barker. He was raised in Del City where he graduated high school in 1988. He later attended Rose State College for a year before going to nursing school. Willy also worked as a security guard, as a floor technician at the Kingston Casino and CM Trailers. He married Kasey Howard on October 20, 2012 in Little Glasses, Oklahoma. Willy enjoyed playing video games, photography, loved watching movies and dancing. He enjoyed spending time with his family and loved eating fried rice.
