Biography

Cloys T. (Pedro) Carrol, 81, of Powell, Oklahoma passed away March 7, 2010 at the Veteran Center in Ardmore, Oklahoma. He was born on October 1, 1928 to the late Coy Witfield Carroll and Pearl Snow Robinson Carroll in Powell. He was raised in the Linn and Powell area. Cloys joined the in United States Army and served during the Korean War. He married Yvonne Golden on May 22, 1951 in Durant, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on September 11, 2006. He later moved to Dell City where he worked as a roofer before moving back to Marshall County. In 1971 Cloys moved to Powell and worked as a roofer and as a custodian for the Kingston School for several years. He enjoyed fishing, picking up pecans, squirrel hunting and his Shetland pony.

Joyce McCarty, Tishomingo, Oklahoma

Several nieces and nephews.
